In Week 8, the LA Chargers will be facing the Denver Broncos in what is a big game for both teams.

The LA Chargers will be heading to Denver to face off with the Broncos in Week 8 of the season. With both teams being divisional foes and both having a 2-4 record, this is a big game for both if they want to keep some playoff hopes alive.

For the Broncos, this season didn’t go according to plan. They have been hit hard by injuries and have lost some key players like Von Miller and Cortland Sutton for the season. In addition to those two big injuries, the Broncos have also been without their quarterback Drew Lock for some time.

As one of the sleeper teams coming into the season, the Broncos are now in the same position as the Chargers, and that is fighting to keep playoff hopes alive. With both teams already having four losses, a fifth loss at this point in the season would like end their already low playoff chances.

While the Broncos are historically good at home, they have yet to win a game at Mile High yet this season. A lot of that can be due to the injuries and opponents faced, but it is strange to see them being 0-3 still at home.

For the Chargers, the Broncos will actually be one of the easier opponents that they have faced this season. Justin Herbert has really been tested to start his career, and he was finally able to get his first win against the Jacksonville Jaguars last week.

Now, Herbert and the Chargers will be attempting to get a winning streak going, as they would surely like to get back to the .500 mark in the next couple of weeks. With both teams being desperate for wins, this should be a good divisional matchup on Sunday.
