National Ice Cream Day is Sunday, July 21, giving scoop shops the opportunity to show off their summer flavors.

Baskin-Robbins: Flavor of the Month is Beach Day Ice Cream, salted vanilla dyed blue with milk chocolate and caramel sea turtles and graham cracker swirls representing sand. Bruster’s Real Ice Cream: This Pennsylvania chain reached its 35th anniversary on July 13 and is celebrating with Birthday Cake ice cream and a “sweet stakes” to win free ice cream for a year. Cold Stone Creamery: National Ice Cream Day Retro Treats include a Root Beer Float, Orange Cream Float and Classic Fudge Sundae. The chain is also promoting Mega Minion Marshmallow Meltdown, made with Despicamallow Ice Cream, that is marshmallow ice cream died yellow. Loyalty club members can get $5 off a purchase of $10 or more before tax through Tuesday, July 23.
