Raytheon subsidiary secures $163M Naval Air Systems contract

  • Raytheon Technologies (NYSE:RTX) doing business as Pratt and Whitney Military Engines is awarded a $163.26M cost-plus-incentive-fee, fixed-price incentive (firm-target) modification (P00020) to a previously awarded contract (N0001920C0011).
  • This modification exercises options to procure spare engines, power modules, special test equipment, and special tooling in support of Lot 17 F135 propulsion systems for the F-35 Lighting II Joint Strike Fighter aircraft for the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, non-U.S. Department of Defense participants, cooperative program partners, and Foreign Military Sales customers.
  • Work is expected to be completed in December 2025.
  • Naval Air Systems Command is the contracting activity.
